Complete with what looks like a reversed fork to keep from having to mount the prop too far away.

It would be one way to keep people from drafting you.

That would definitely clear the path on the local MUP, would also prevent the idiot in the Escalade from getting too close.... If you did an Over-the-bars though, it would be the last time you did one:eek:

Might be kind of cool with an ultra light weight wing assembly and a geared set up to increase prop rotation speed too ;)

The way the price of oil is going, that may be the only way to fly in about 5 years.....

Suppose your top speed in still air is 15mph. That means with a 15 mph headwind, you can pedal for all you're worth and remain motionless.

Realistically, a couple of big squirrel-cage fans might work as well (ie, poorly), and be easier to gear up, less dangerous too.
