Right now I'm looking at 2 breaks made by avid. The Single Digit Ti and the Single Digit 5. What I'm basicly looking for is stoping power and ease of maintenance. Weight isn't an issue. Which would be better?
I'm also still deciding on either the SD5 or SD7 leavers.
If weight doesnt matter, than go with the Avid Archrivals. The only difference between the Avid SD5 and Avid Tis are the Tis are lighter. The archrivals have an arch to help prevent flex therefore giving a lot of braking power.

sweet these archrivals look nice. i think i might go with them. thanx
what about the SD5 and SD7 leavers?
their both fine, the main difference is just weight and price, im the SD5 are fine, but if you have the money maybe the SD7.

I bought from www.pricepoint.com a set of Arch Rivals with SD 7 levers at a great price. I am very pleased with how well they work too. Great set up and they sell the part individually and as a combo which saves like $5 on their price let alone MSRP.
