Is there a place to get Campy stickers or decals to replace my scratched up Record decals? Specifically, I need to replace them on my Ergo shifters and RD.

Thise decals are under the clear coat on my Campy Record. Are you going to redo the clear coat? If so, your best bet might be Branford Bicycle, they have a bunch of different decals in stock:
