We talk alot about average speed and what optimul cadence should be.
And one would think that all these numbers are dependent on the strenght of the rider... When actually it all can be calculated.
If cadence is constent, the gear combination and wheel size determine the speed. Obviously, you have to have the strength to optain the cadence, but otherwise it's all static. And all about math...
I'm curious if anyone has these calculations. It would be just one more thing for my mind to do when I ride....
But as I only have a computer that delivers speed, average speed, time, temp, etc. and don't have cadence it would be fun to calculate that as I go... instead of having to count...
Yeah I'm nuts.. but it keeps me out of trouble.
