Next time you are climbing a tough hill, think of Albert and fire up your booster rockets.

(I used to have these flying over my house as a kid, out of Tangmere aerodrome. Love those C-130s)
Saw one of those at an air show a few years back. That JATO is simply amazing!
Beautiful plane <3 My brother had a model plane of one when we were kids :)

Speaking of Clydes that can climb. I have always been dropped on climbs, but have only been at this since this spring. I am a big boy. I have been working on hills, flats and everything in between. This past weekend I went on a short ride with six others. We took off and had been riding for about 20 minutes or so and came to a hill. Wouldnt you know it, but I was wheel to wheel with a youngster on a very nice road bike. We did blast up the hill. Yours truely beat him to the top.....at which he said that he wished he could be better on the hills. I didnt have the heart to tell him that he had just been kicked by a 52 year old that had only been riding for eight months.! I just smiled and fell to the back to catch my breath....he didnt see that part though. I really love this stuff. Have a good week everyone. The weekend is close at hand!
