Hey All,

I'm coming up from SoCal to the Santa Rosa area next week with some friends of the family. I'm most likely going to bring my bike since a whole week without it just isn't acceptable.

I can really only get away for about 2-3 hours at a time, so no long extended rides for me. I'm thinking 25-35 miles tops.

Here's a route I mapped that heads over to Calistoga and back. Any must do rides/climbs in the immediate area up there? Any problems with this route (excessive traffic, bad road conditions)

Thanks for any suggestions.

Here's an old route sheet from the Wine Country Century - two loops of ~50 miles, the morning loop to the west is a little more fun IMO.

If it doesn't work, here's the link to my blog page that it appears on (scroll down to May). LINK (http://diabloscott.blogspot.com/2000_06_01_diabloscott_archive.html)
