Great forum, thanks for all the stuff I've already taken from here. I had knee surgery about a year ago (showing my son how to ride a skateboard) I bought a used road bike instead of rehab. My wife started riding with me, and we have been racking up some miles. This coming weekend we are doing the Ride Without Limits. 100 miles Saturday, and 100 Sunday... wish us luck.
