is it out yet?

anyone have it on a bike yet (besides lance armstrong :) ) ??

what will be the cost for a complete drive train??

it is not out yet, soon. I just read a long review of it in velonews aug 18 edition, many pictures of it. It looks nice but very $$$. Now is a good time to buy current shimano compnents.

A shop owner/friend/fellow rider told me he'll be carrying it this fall.

You have a good point, bandaidman, he says the 9 speed Dura-Ace components will stop production.

my interest was piqued by an article in cyclesport america

i like the ergonomics of the dura ace controls a little better than campy...the new brake level looks nice as well

the 10th gear is of course 9+1...

i am really interested in the new crank though...i want a really stiff crank on my new bike and the articles i have seen say the new dura ace is just that

it looks funky though

Yea it wont be released for a few weeks. but i dont see anythign special about it, if you have that kinda of money, go for record, it will last you longer and easier to fix if you ever have a problem. but i dislike shimano, and now my road bike is campy and mountain is sram x.9
