I got lucky. One of my neighbors had one that someone abandoned in the ditch in front of his house. Knowing that I was a bike freak he flagged me down one day and gave it to me. I don''t know what it was in a former life but all the parts are there. It had two flats but only one tube was punctured and the tires were like new high pressure expensive types. I towed it home and am cleaning it up. I don't really need one but I want one just the same. :D
