Guys,
Last year I bought Spinervals Have Mercy the Sequel to use on my trainer. It is a compilation of workouts from other Spinerval sessions. I tried a few times last year, but could not make it through the whole 2 hours. This year I did it on my first attempt. It really does help with the boredom, I would still prefer to be outside riding. The combination of dark, cold, rain, snow and wet leaves have forced me inside twice so far this year. It is supposed to get up into the high 30 mid 40s next week so I should be able to get outside a few more times.
