I'm in a dilemma with regards to buying a new set of pedals. When I bought my Colnago Extreme Power last August (fitted with Campy Groupsets) the only item that couldnt make it in time for the Half Ironman race was the pedals. As a result, I decided to swap with the pedals from my old bike for the race and I'm still using it till now. I'm logging more mileage now as I'm preparing for my Ironman in Feb 2008 at Langkawi Island, Malaysia. The time has come for me to decide whether it's Look Keo HM Titanium Ironman or Campagnolo Record Pro-Fit Plus with the next 2 weeks. I've talked to friends/users for both products and they're vouching they've the best.

For the time being I'm averaging about 100Km to 210Km for each session from mixed ride (with rolling hills) to mountainous stage.

Hopefully to hear some convincing comments on this subject matter.

Thanks in advance!!!!

Campy pedals are heavy and, I think, way overpriced. They've gotten poor reviews, I recall, on roadbikereview.com.

But then I've never ridden either myself.

Actually based on the specs listed they're 258g vs 266g.
