So I was thinking about getting a Fisher hardtail 29". I was waiting for the 2004 to come out. So the website is up and there are no hardtail 29er. Has anyone heard what the deal is. Did Fisher give up on the idea? Was all of his hype just that...hype?

Their site should be updated by now, info wasn't ready when the page was first put up, they certainly have not given up on it. Jim311, One can only hope? That's bogus. Nobody is twisting your arm to buy one. What do you care if someone makes a product you personally don't like? Don't buy it. Lots of guys I know run 29"ers and love them, but we don't "only hope" that 26"ers go away. Who would we give a pasting to on rides then?
