Hello,

I am new to cycling and am attempting to build up my first commuter bike from parts I already have. To start I am 6'5" and just purchased a 68 cm c-c (yeah, thats what I said:)) early 80's steel Fuji frame on e-bay. I am using a 9 speed SRAM cassette in the rear and the rear axle is 130mm. The spacing on the frame is also at 130mm. When I put the chain on the smallest sproket it rubs against the inside of the rear drop. I even tried a narrow chain which didn't help. Any ideas?

move a washer from the nondrive end of the axle to the drive side. Then tweek the tension in the spokes (increase on DS, reduce on NDS) to get the rim back in centre.
