How do you deal with the Velleman strobe? This is my second try - the first one was workable but not robust.

The box is a fishing gadget holder. The reason I like it is that I can wrap two velcro wire-wrap straps around it and affix it to just about anything - backpack, camelbak, trunk bag, rack, whatever. Plus it is fairly splash-proof.

Don't you need like 10 batteries for 12 v?

So far a single 9V has worked. The strobe frequency is lower and I'm not sure about the runtime yet.
