Good link.

One thing they need to look at in more detail is where these trails go. The current White Rock Creek/Lake trails are great for recreation, but I'm not aware that a lot of people can actually use them for commuting. Meanwhile, if you go downtown, there's simply not any good place to ride a bike in that mess- traffic is curb to curb.
