I'm building an E-commuter (http://www.scheel.net/HPV/ElFocus/index.htm) and have a homemade battery pack. The (new) charger wont charge if I only connect the 2 terminals - It's expecting some input (resistance?) on the third terminal. Probably from a thermal resistor - but I don't know what resistance I need to make it charge. Can anyone help - perhaps make a few tests on the original schachner battery pack?
Thank's
