For glove liners I recently picked up a set of the disco fabulous Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket. (http://http://www.rei.com/product/661608) Thus far they are the best $15 in glove bits I've ever spent. Haven't had opportunity to use the warmer pocket, but under my plain motorcycle gloves I've ridden about with temps in the 30's and been comfy. On the bicycle they're even better. Just thought I'd share.
