Foo - Bluetooth question!

I bought a BlueTooth USB adapter for my comp.
Unfortunately, when I drag and drop the wav. file I made of a 20 second song clip to be my ring tone into the windows explorer file "OBEX file transfer," I get this: "invalid FTP request." Arg. please help. I have no idea how to use bluetooth and transfer that file:(
