40 easy miles with LaGrange on their annual Thankgiving charity ride. Good cause (Meals on Wheels) and a good spread with free coffee and cinnamon buns. :)

You can't pay attention to that. The temp is taken at a fixed location (in my case I think it is the airport). Most of my time was spent away from the coast in the mountains and it was pretty warm. I was comfortable in arm warmers, no knee/leg warmers.

Did you have an asthma attack yesterday, Dan? I hope not, but I would be surprised if that stopped you from riding. Unless your lung-bagging. :p

No riding today. I'm staying on the sofa, in front of the hockey game and a medium-large amount of leftovers.

I haven't ridden in over a week. A cold forced me to bag the Palomar ride and every time I get a cold I end up with a bout to asthma in the aftermath. No Mt Baldy tomorrow. Climbing stairs sucks let alone hills.

:( Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, Dan. Yeah, having a chest cold is lethal for us asthmatics. Take care and eat lots of chicken noodle soup. And something my mother swears will work for bad chest colds, put Vics Vapor Rub not only on your chest, but on the soles of your feet too. Put lots and cover your feet with warm socks and go to bed. No, I'm not making it up or trying to trick you. She and the rest of my kooky southern family swear by it. I rarely get chest colds (knock on wood), so I've never tried that, but I will the next time I get sick. Feel better...

I don't think you're making it up. I am completely prepared to believe that your family is nuts.

 Hey! Just cause your sicky right now doesn't mean you can pick on my crazy family. Only I'm allowed to do that! :p

I did the long club ride yesterday. Meant to do the short ride but got mixed up at the start and left with the wrong group.

Not a bad plan Matt!
Breeze will face off against his former team when the Yotes play the Ducks at 1. Should be a good game

Ducks are playing Hiller in goal.. this should be good, as the kid has something to prove ;) On the other side, he took Breeze's job  Game on!
