Film maker and photographer Brian Vernor will be showing his "painted in the mud" series of photos at the Vanilla Bicycle Workshop for the month of December. The show is made up of images from all six Grand Prix races in 2006, which brian toured with both as a racer and documentarian. The stuff is epic and beautiful.

I want to invite anyone living in Portland, or coming to Portland for the USGP cross weekend to join us for the opening on Friday, November 30th from 6pm-midnight.

You can expect good music and Portland's best brown from Stumptown Coffee roasters to be flowing all night. And of course there will be some bikes to check out. Guests are welcome to bring their own tasty beverages too.

More information here (http://bikeportland.org/2007/11/21/cyclocross-photo-exhibition-will-kick-off-gran-prix-weekend/).

Hope to see you there,

Sacha

Could the citizens of Portland migrate their bike culture to Toronto for a week - please?

If we could just have a quick little taste of:

- Oregon riding
- Handmade bicycle show
- Cyclocross scene (including sscxwc)
- The custom builders
- UBI

... it would really be appreciated.
