What is this thing worth do you think?

"Early 80's Bianchi track frame, black and gold. Its around a 55/56 square. Scratched up a little bit, but still pretty- no dents and no rust. You get that, a campy bottom bracket, vintage sugino super mighty crankset, and the original headset and a thompson knockoff seatpost. I can probably find a stem and a cheapo saddle if you really need one. "

The seller is asking $550.00

Clearly this isn't "pretty" and its probably '81 or so.

Thanks, all.

i'd say that's worth not far short of what he's asking in today's market. as long as the headset and bottom bracket are in decent condition that's a gorgeous crankset and a classic italian-made lugged steel frame. it's a shame it's so beat up, but still that's some nice stuff right there. i'd offer four bills and see where it gets you

I'd say 300 and work for there. I'd only pay 500 if it was in really good shape.

someone will probably pay $450 or even $500 for it, the question is whether you want to be the guy or if you want to let it pass.
