Southern California - Google map for LA Metro rail stations

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hi, I find the Metro rail map pretty frustrating when planning my commute so I decided to create a Google map. Hope someone finds this helpful.

The LA bike route map is pretty difficult to use, too, so I hope to add bike routes in the future.

http://www.cicle.org/cicle_content/pivot/entry.php?id=698 That's very cool--I especially like the elevation feature (I guess you've gotta click in small increments to get an accurate representation on the graph).

Have you seen the Boulder (http://maps.google.com/ig/directory?synd=mpl&pid=mpl&features=sharedmap%2Cgeofeed&backlink=http%3A%2F%2Fmaps.google.com%2Fmaps%2Fmm%3Ff%3Dq%26hl%3Den%26geocode%3D%26time%3D%26date%3D %26ttype%3D%26q%3DNew%2BYork%2C%2BNY%26ie%3DUTF8%26om%3D1%26ll%3D40.014468%2C-105.257263%26spn%3D0.062318%2C0.160675%26z%3D13&hl=en&gl=us&num=24&url=http://cyclinginboulder.googlepages.com/MappletBoulderBikePaths.xml&output=html) or New York (http://maps.google.com/ig/directory?synd=mpl&pid=mpl&features=sharedmap%2Cgeofeed&backlink=http%3A%2F%2Fmaps.google.com%2Fmaps%2Fmm%3Ff%3Dq%26hl%3Den%26geocode%3D%26time%3D%26date%3D %26ttype%3D%26q%3DNew%2BYork%2C%2BNY%26ie%3DUTF8%26om%3D1%26ll%3D40.014468%2C-105.257263%26spn%3D0.062318%2C0.160675%26z%3D13&hl=en&gl=us&num=24&url=http://www.nycbikemaps.com/files/nyc-bike-map-mapplet.xml&output=html) bike path maplets? It'd be nice to have one for LA, too.
