Hey all, I am going to be moving up to the Manchester, NH area within a few months. I am going to be going to college up there...anyways I am looking to see if there is anyone around the Manchester area and if you can recomend some good routes!

I can't wait to get up there. I have been up to Manchester a few times brining up some things to storage (Morgan Self Storage in Manchester if anyone knows the area!) I just love all those old mill buildings! Anyways I hope that I will see some other BFers out on the roads when I move up there!

Hi,

I don't ride in the area, but I agree with you, the mills etc in Manchester are nice!

There is a person in the Classic & Vintage forums that is from NH... But, I think he is a little further north. PastorBobInNH I think is his username... He may at least know if there is another forum member from Manchester.

Riding south of the city, easily accessible by bike from the "inner" city, is wonderfully scenic with decent roads through beautiful farmlands/McMansions and stiff hills.

I'm 50 miles northwest up the interstates. Let me recommend Goodales in Hookset as a great LBS. They are sort of east of exit 9 off I-93 about 1 & 1/2 miles. I've never really ridden south of Warner or Webster. I'm an old slow poke on a vintage steel, so maybe not so much fun for a college rider. Best of luck on your move, chainzawz!
