i never understand why people post here asking us to do their shopping for them.
try your LBS, all the millions of OBSs (resource thread), google product search, amazon and the like. then try the trade thread.

I have already searched e-bay, my local craigslist, as well as evey reputable online bike store that I know of. I was hoping to get a lead here if anyone knew off the top of their head.

I found a steel chromed fork on bikeman.com. They might still have it. It's nice because you can get it with a long steerer tube, and it's also cheap. It's a little heavy but it works fine.

Bike coop if there's one around your place. Check for pulloffs at a LBS. Buy a new one from Nashbar. Upgrade to carbon. "Liberate" one from a bike that's locked up somewhere.
