I just put my studs on after the snow/ice this weekend. To bad they'll prob be useless for the next few weeks.

I just bought an older bike - buying studs this next week for it.

Going to update the gloves as well.

Probably put platforms on that bike too.

Nah. 41*F will be a high temperature in about a month. It's getting to be that weird Seattle "2 below freezing and somehow it's still rain" weather.

31*F and clear this morning.
38*F and raining for the way home.

Suppose to be in the 50's here tomorrow. I hope so.

I hate this type of weather. Cold, wet, and sometimes windy. Can't get any worse. I wish the temp would just plummet to the lows 20's so this rain would stop or come down as snow or even sleet.

Well! That was fun! <shakes hair like a dog> hehe, had to stop at the store ---- everytime I looked down water ran off me. :)

Gotta say though - this was a tough drive home --- I'm in busy traffic - lots of water on the road and still raining - you can't get intimidated cause that's when mistakes happen. I have one section where I'm out in the second lane (cause narrow right lane turns right and it's busy) - I feel rather "nekkid" at that time - need to change that one section of my route I guess.

awww thanks :) You know if it's hard for drivers to see on these nights - that bicyclists really need extra caution. Must say I got a little antsey on one stretch ---- the cars coming up on me and going by had a lot of sound due to the water, etc - so it was a little intimidating - held my breath on a that busy stretch as I have cars just exiting the expressway and zooming by me in two lanes - plus I'm passing a stretch of parked cars - and it was too dark, shiny and rainy to really tell if there was a driver in the cars...

Good to be home though!
