If that's not pretty, I don't know what is.

When something this beautiful exists, why on God's green earth would anyone buy a carbon fibre bike? It's like spending thousands of dollars on recycled Clorox bottles.:(

He says those wood fenders on the Bianchi are originals and I don't believe him. They're obviously brand new. Note the oversize hardware store bolt holding the front one onto the fork crown.

I wanna know why the brake light says "Stop" in English? Its sorta like that Pakistani scientist that got busted for giving away nuclear secrets; his apology speech was in English, too...

Imagine going into a little, old bikeshop in 1930's to 50's Italy and seeing these bikes brand new.

Sixty Fiver -- Is that a Terrot bike? I saw Pryor Dodge's 1930s model, with 10-speed reciprocating cranks.

This site is just incredible. It took me a while to get a handle on exactly what he's building, what is restored classic and what is a newly-composed paean to the classic bicycle. I took inspiration from the way small details were emphasized to create a balance with the high-zoot exotic parts and accessories. Very beautiful website, and English translations were(I thought) a gracious touch.
Many thanks for the link!
