I just paid for a subscription but it seems my sigpic size is still limited to about 19K. I can't reduce a jpeg small enough to get it under 21k....that is at very low res and image size and compression of 1. I am a photographer by profession and I use photoshop every day, so I know more than most about image sizing...
It also won't accept .gif or .bmp as valid file types. Is ther some other file type that will work, and am I supposed to get a larger size limit for a signature pic, as I see many others have them?
