Commuting - Humorous commuting diary

This is a favorite of mine from the mtn bike magazine “Dirt Rag”. I think this crowd can really appreciate it. I’ve read it several times and always find myself laughing out loud in my cube.

The story is too much like mine... oct 8th is the day I get my license back and I hope that I don't go back to driving... Maybe I'll sell my car or something?

That's funny. W-E-T ride in today. it was raining when I left the house so at least I was prepared for it. I get to work and hear "You rode today?" Yeah, I rode today, Like most other days. Soon I'll have my recumbent and the ride will become even MORE enjoyable! I simply can't wait! :D I know that sounds like sarcasm, but it's not. I love riding, I'll love it more once I'm 'Bent.

Eeeexcellent (a la Mr. Burns)!

The best part probably is that you can see yourself in the situations he got into: staring at a mechanical problem when I really should be moving along... or riding in the pouring rain... or "hauling serious @ss". Great!
