I'm looking for something more forgiving than the Dura-Ace aluminum post, because the CAAD 6 Si isn't.

Not to intrude, but I've ridden aluminum, Ti, and Carbon seatposts and can tell you definitively that I don't feel a damned difference between any of them.

I stuck a Cannondale Fire full carbon post in this rig after I picked it up from the shop after its BB facing.

It was a marked improvement over the aero Dura-Ace piece.
