Really though, anybody who races cross in the Chicago area should show. You might even see me have a mechanical for the umpteenth time this season. Boy does my mechanic SUCK! ;)

If we could only get CharlieWoo started in CX.
Wait. Do they have CX in Hammerland?
boo on turning this into the road forum.
cardstock is a member on here, and he's really ****ing fast. hell of a nice guy too. he won cat iv state champs last year and i believe will be racing cat 2 in this year's states.
i live in dc and am unable to make it out to watch, but good luck!
yeah, the 1/2 race will be fun on the 9th. I can NOT wait to race in Wisconsin this Sunday, with all the rain/snow/mud/wind/cold/awesomeness forecasted. Finally some real cross racing around these parts.
Thanks for the kind words dirty
For once I am actually envious of the nasty midwest winter weather. Every race this season out here has been about 50-70 degrees and partly sunny to sunny skies. The only time we had mud was when a race organizer went out of their way to route a course near an area where there was a broken/leaky sprinkler head :(
Good luck in your races guys!
If it wasn't for the fact that I might've cracked a rib while screwing around on the bike at Montrose, or that I'll be in Cincinnati for Hanukkah, I would totally be ready to come in 15th in the 3's. :(
please elaborate
Ben, aka Cardstock, is a steamroller and a devourer of worlds. You've probably seen him around, but read his blog if you want to know more about him: www.benlikesbikes.com

LOL!!!
I might be racing this sunday for the WI state champs.
I hope that there are the usual 3-6 person fields for the juniors race :p
