My worst e-commerce experience!
Order date: 25. September 2007. Shipping estimate according to TEAMCYCLIST 5-7 days. They have not shipped yet. TWO MONTHS! I have been in contact with them several times. They promise response in 24 hours, but they don't if they do at all. Be aware: Most of they goods are not in stock!
They are very polite and service minded on the phone, but they don't follow up!

My first (and only) experience was similar. I purchased a jersey from them and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally got an email from them saying that the item was NOT IN STOCK, citing an excuse that the manufacturer "discontinued" that style. Odd, since I saw the same jersey available on other proven web sites.

At first they didn't offer me a refund, but asked for my alternative selection, assuming I had one (I didn't). In the end they didn't charge me anything. But it was annoying and I won't order anything from them again.

(P.S. That jersey is still on their web site)
