All I can say, as a person who installs that stuff into cars, is, WTF! That has me scratching my head.

What I'd love as a counterpoint to the idiots with stereos you can hear from miles off would be a sound damping field, like an inverted sound-cancelling headphone; I'd drive by and things would get quiet. I'd make the sound processor leave bird and insect sounds alone.

I know it's not possible, but it'd be cool.

I wonder how they keep these bikes from getting stripped/stolen, especially in NYC? I guess if you make the bike 200lbs and can only be ridden at 3mph, it would be pretty tough to steal.

The more I see it, the more I am glad that they are out on their bikes instead of loading all those speakers into a Cadillac or SUV like most people their age would be doing.

Wow. The most I could ever generate was 1012 watts during a sprint. One guy got 3000 watts out of his. He must be super fast!
