I got this bike so I could have something to ride when I travel to my favourite Cuban beach resort, ie where the roads are flat, but not well maintained, with lots of patches of flour-like sand.

Looks nice.
Out of curiosity, what does it weigh?
And........are you in Cuba, or are you taking it into Cuba?
(I realize other countries are not as paranoid about Cuba as is the U.S.)
What aspect did you build up? Was it originally 24" wheels?
Foldable Two:
I will be taking the bike with me to Cuba (and bringing it back too)
pengyou:
Montagues are normally 26". the parts I used all came off a 24" bike.
And now for the packing... CCM 40" hockey bag bought on special at Canadian Tire for 35$, and some acoustic foam to line the sides, the bottom and between the wheels and the frame.

What does this package weigh?
What does this package weigh?
I cannot tell to the exact fraction of a gram, but I figure the bag weighs around 30-35 lbs.
But it doesnt really matter because a) I have no problem shleping it, and b) the airline I use to go on vacation carries the bike for free as checked luggage

I had a blast in Cuba! :D

The 24" wheels are sweet ... how did you get the brakes to work? ERTO 520 (or did you use 507?) is a big difference from ~559 (or whatever 26" wheels are).
Given that it is a single speed, I am a little surprised at the weight. But I guess knobby tires and front suspension is heavy. (I am mainly a roadie)
Ahhhhh, I just looked at the picture more closely ... you don't have any rear brakes and have a disc brake up front.
