Its pipe bombs made out of soda cans. Creepy. Real loud with a lot of smoke. 2 so far, but no suspects.

That is really creepy. We had a person in our hood setting off some illegal stuff a couple years back. It was like a mini earthquake every time one went off. It got old really fast. I was happy when the cops caught the guy. He turned out to be part of a ring bringing fireworks up from Mexico.

I saw somebody running from the place where the second bomb was set off, and I heard 2 people running from the first site. Shoulda caught that mofo...

In the 70's-80's it was mostly fun, as the atmosphere in law enforcement was different.
Today, you'de probably get charged with building/setting off a terrorist device.
