Hi,
I need to find a relatively flat stretch of road preferably in the denver area in order to a 30min or 10mi time trial. The ideal road would also have a nice shoulder to ride on and not much traffic.
Anyone have any suggestions? Much appreciated.
Thanks.

I'd suggest the road around Cherry Creak Resevoir. It's used for many TTs and Tris. It meets the criteria you specify, the only issue is there is one hill...but it's got a corresponding downhill that averages that out I think.
If you start at the West side of the resevoir you'll notice a line painted on the road right near the parking lot for the boat ramp. That's the start/finish line that's used for the CCR TT series that's run each spring. You can find the exact route somewhere on this glorious worldwide web.

If your on the North side, the stretch of 36 between Lyons and Boulder is also used for a TT series, a couple of intersections. You can also find the state TT course on the ACA webpage that is just north of the Airport east of Tower road on 120th.
Now if someone can find something on the west side of town near Golden I would love to hear it. We have Rooney and Morrison road but you do have stop at that intersection.
