There used to be a physiotherapy clinic working out of Seneca College at Finch and Don Mills. They took non-Seneca patients, as well as administering to the various sports teams for the College. Although my problem wasn't cycling related, I was referred there because neither my doctor nor the physiotherapy clinc at his office were making any headway. At Seneca, the women knew immediately what the problem was, what to do about it, and how long it would take. A few months later, I was good as new.

I just had a look on the web and the place still exists, although the staff are all different. It's quite likely that other Universities and/or Colleges have similar associations with clinics that deal with athletic injuries (maybe Humber?).
