Which is the better 2"+ fender for rain? sleet? slush? snow?

All I can say. I used my Planet Bike Freddy's HC for 3 winters and love them. I have no problems at all in very cold temps(10 below F) I do wish the mud flaps were longer. This will be there fourth winter using them.
