Cyclocross - Fatty tubular tires?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I'm in the component collection process for the next bike and have a chance to pick a pair of tubular wheels for a great price. I plan on using the bike for lots more than just CX (gravel road touring, maybe real light trail duty), but can't seem to find any tubular tires much bigger than the 70x34 Tufos. Any suggestions besides Dugast Rhinos?

The Challenge Paris-Roubaix is advertised as 27mm but is closer to 30. It's about $50, tends to be slightly lumpy -- not too bad, but it's no Dugast -- and should be available at Yellowjersey.org.
Oh, and it's not a 'cross tire; just a fat road tire like the old Clement del Mundos. That sort of tire works just fine on fire roads and gravel, not so well in mud.
HTH!
I wish I could justify these....

A 45mm Dugast tubular!
Yeah, those Rhino's are the only tires that come to mind with large volume, but it'd take a large volume of bucks to be riding on them a lot. The search continues...
