In case you hadn't noticed that book 'The Secret' didn't do dick for Pcad. I almost barfed after listening to that tripe for 90 mins. in my car. I had to stop (I downloaded the IPod audiobook). Good grief what an incredible load of hooey. It's not that there's absolutely nothing to it, but there isn't. Not the way they present it.

I'll write my own self-help book. You can all stalk me on the National Book Signing Tour.

Self Loathing does RULE!
Actually, my self loathing has subsided while on these meds. When my training picks up, the meds will stop and self loathing will ensue. But Mrs. Substructure is not going to like it. So don’t tell her.

By the way if the Power of Positive Thinking as conveyed in 'The Secret' really applied, my home would have been obliterated by an asteroid 9 years ago.
