New mods again - not April Fools!

Did I mention that moderators are expected to be helpful? That's a difficult skill to master when one is relatively young. Maxi, stick around for about five years or so, and practice being helpful. No whinging! No bad language! You...can...do...it !

The last thing a good moderator wants to do is to ban someone. There's almost always a redeeming quality in every member--the moderator's doing his or her best job when the annoying pest turns into a good member. Yes Maxi, you will become a good member one of these day if you don't get permanently banned first :p .

So, Brian asks a good question--who, and why?

And as crtreedude asks: "But if you banned yourself, how could you ever come back?"
