Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I've started adding a few more miles to my rides lately.Which si good but I also have been getting cramps in my feet or more like they go to sleep.Today my rihgt knee even felt like it went to sleep.Any suggestions on how I can remedy this and what causes it.THANKS FOR ANY FEED BACK.
Now many miles are your rides now? How long were your rides? Be sure to take in plenty of water when riding. Very important. There are also other things you can do but it depeds on the distance and time durations of your rides. Lastly, there have been some very good discussions lately on cramps.. Try and use the search and see if it helps. Good luck to ya!

Sounds like your leg is turned in a position that's unnatural to you. Maybe check the position of your cleat, or see if you are holding your knees out too far while pedaling. I get a numb feeling in my leg sometimes while working due to turning left and right (pivot). It's my psiatic nerve.

Make sure your shoes arent too tight, also. Make sure your knee isnt going to full extension on your down stroke. You want to keep a slight bend in your knee when it is fully extended.
