Hi,
I really like this stuff. Mostly when I try new stuff it is disappointing, or at best marginally helpful.

Got some Zyflamend, and it works. It's expensive, and if you don't have problems with inflammation, I wouldn't bother.

Been using it for a month, and have seen an improvement in recovery time.
I am hoping a couple of the guys here will try it. I really like the stuff, but
subjective impressions can easily go wrong.

Devils Claw - cheap - works for me.

YMMV.

I assume this is a bundled version of the ingredients listed??? If one is already using spices and drinking green tea, are they not getting close to and possibly exceeding the benefits of this supplement?

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Actually, Whole Foods was having one of their sales and I got it at half price.
But yeah, I love the stuff and will be getting more, even at full price.

This product looks interesting.
I usually take some Advil which I'd rather not take.
You think this is a good substitute?

I haven't used herbal medications in about 35 years..........they seem to have come a long way.

Herbals are all I use, other than an occasional aspirin, which is simply a refined herbal. Doctors and Western Medicine in general hate them because they are difficult to titrate accurately for double-blind studies, but if something works for me, that's really the bottom line. Drug absorption rates vary so much from one individual to another and from time to time that I am always amused by how precise and quantitative the modern "art of medicine" claims to be.
