I am looking for a front rack for my new downtube 2007 NS. I really want one that is NOT a low rider so I can carry something on top of rack also. Does anyone know of one? Thanks

I put one of these on my Dahon Presto and Boardwalk. It hosts front panniers really well. I just hook the retention strap on the fender stay and the body of the pannier lines up against the front wheel axle. It should work as long as you have V-brakes. It does look kind of ugly.

I have the Nashbar rack too, and am also very happy with the way it can take both panniers and a load strapped on top.
