Kyle- I dont think anyone can top that one. It is really a great story. The interesting thing behind it is that the father suffered a heart attack a while back. Doctors said he would have died if he wasnt in such good condition. His son gave him the most important gift back to him, the one of life (wow...that was cheesy...sorry)

But seeing as this is the tri forum, i would guess you all already knew that.

We watched Mark Allen and Dave Scott battle it out in person. The most awesome athletic event we have ever seen. It was great to see Mark Allen finally win one against Dave Scott because he had been trying for so many years but wasn't able to break through until 1989.

I don't have links at the moment (i'm at work, youtube is blocked :( ), but my faves for getting psyched up are watching either Ironman mass swim starts or TDF time trials (either Lance or Greg). :)
