Its so simple. Go to the local co-op used/cheap parts bin and find some risers for 5-15 dollars. Go to a department store and buy some Rustoleum in white for 4 dollars. Rattlecan your handlebars, and voila! White risers on the cheap.

sesame street was and still is a really really good thing for the honest, respectable, and educational aspect of television.
in my mind, it belongs up there with mr. rogers who as we all know, valiantly believed in the power of television to educate because of the fact it belonged to such a wide audience.
