So you're on a diet, what kind of stuff are you eating? I need ideas for new stuff to make.

Kirklands roast beef or chicken in a can, Tomatoe soup from Trader Joes with garam masala and cunning paper, and brown rice.
Tuna (I like chicken of the sea) or salmon burgers from Trader Joes (not the frozen kind they sell), Salsa, light sour cream or spinach deep from Trader Joes, Lavash bread or pita bread. Delicious!
I quit dieting when I was about 19. Now I just try to make an effort to burn more than I eat, and I eat pretty much whatever I want. Fortunately, I guess, I love fruit, veggies, whole grains, chicken, tuna, and stuff like that. I don't like red meat or much in the way of sauces, and I'm not even all that fond of many deserts or ice cream. Unfortunately, I love chips and chocolate ... so I've got to ride more to burn those off.
Ideally, for supper I might have steamed broccoli and cauliflower with a bit of rice and maybe some chicken flakes. I like plain pasta with a bit of margarine, salt, and a little grated cheese, with a salad. Or a toasted bagal with tuna and cucumbers.

I've generally eaten healthy most of life. But, while I love vegetables, I was never able to get quite enough (quality) vegetables into my diet. Smoothies have changed all that -- now, most days, I'll make a veggie-based smoothie to drink with dinner (if I wasn't biking, it would be as dinner).
I finally feel like I'm getting enough spinach, broccoli, etc. I usually add fresh or frozen blueberries/cranberries/strawberries, as well as flax seeds.
