If it's a dirt jumper they might just have the seat low so they don't clang their junk with it if they come down wrong.

Between the bike and the rack there are a lot of dollars underneath that ice. Somebody must have more money than brains.

I could see that happening to me. My bike has seen some bad storms on the back of my car. If the temp had been lower, it would have ended up looking like that. How do you avoid it if you're traveling like that?
