Southern California - 12/15- Sat. Ride-Tuna and Bagel

Hi Everyone,

Meet at 0815 Alhambra Park (northwest corner); Depart at 0830
Terrain: Undulating; However, there are two long descents: one into Eagle Rock and the other into Montrose punctuated with a short climb up La Tuna Canyon.
Elevation gain: Dunno Know, but for further info, consult VB re: La Tuna.
Tempo: Piano on the climbs; damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead on the descents.
Distance: 40 miles

no derailment here. no worries! it was cold but it warmed a bit later after we got to montrose. david, francis, regina, gerald, laura and alex showed up. it was tranquilo indeed. no pics though, this your department. get well and see you soon.

Sorry I missed the ride. If you want to place an order, pm me. I make a melt-in-your-mouth pate brisee shell to go with the apple tart. I can even jazz up the tart by caramelizing the apples or bruleeing (not sure that's a word) the tart. Just finished an order for a snickers cake, tried to tempt merider with it, but that woman is strong:)!

I don't know who this fat woman is, because I didn't see her at the grand tour lite. Don't worry I won't bring any treats on the next ride. It would be hard to transport them in my rear jersey pockets. :p :)
