Well... Anyone have advice? Both frames are lower budget. Trying to build a TT machine and stay in the $400-$500 range for the frame.

I think there are some great reports on the Leader frames here if you search for them. I don't know much about Van Dessel other than I've seen some good looking CX bikes from them - is it just me or is their website currently down?
