Foo - Nuthin 'bout bicycling ..... Chocolate Spoons

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
YUM!
Coffee is suddenly fun again!!!
Where did ya find 'em? My wife's two favorite addictions in one handy serving?? Who'd ah thunk it!!
Actually I got a box of them for my roommate - different chocolate flavors too. I'm seeing them in specialty gift stores and chocolate shops.
There was a huge tray of chocolate spoons at the holiday luncheon yesterday. :D And there were the people standing in line chewing the chocolate off the spoon with a quizzical expression on their face - you KNOW they did not know what to do with it!

Forget chocolate spoons! A spoonful of ice-cold vodka laid out carefully on the surface of a cup of hot coffee is delicious! And the simultaneous sensation of cold on the upper lip and hot on the lower...wow! :D
Actually, I've made my own chocolate spoons in a quick and dirty way by dippin' them into Hershey's chocolate syrup, then freezing on wax paper. :)

You don't "need" chocolate spoons to make coffee good. You just need "good coffee" to make coffee fun. :) You're not drinking Folgers or Maxwell House again, are you?

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.
AAaaaarrrrggh!!! Even Taerom could talk to you about good coffee. I think I'm going to back slowly out of this thread and never ever ever watch you drink "coffee" (or whatever you call it) again.

That ain't called spooning where I come from.
Decadent things to do to coffee
1) Hershey's Dark Chocolare Syrup... suprisingly good.
2) Godiva liquer... surprisingly good
3) Coffee froth.. take a golf ball size ( or larger) clump of caramel and drop into
6 oz of steaming hot milk, canned milk or whatever. Canned milk gives good body. Stir until the caramel is melted and then use this

frother to whip it up. This should all be happening in a 12 oz cup, add a few ounces of good coffee and enjoy. Also works well with Northern Italian brown espresso.

I can think of more decadent things to do with these than put them in coffee!! Make sure you have some whipped cream, too!!
